Mercedes – Benz GLC 200 Exclusive Line: The Lowest GLC Variant But Has Authentic Features

At first glance, the display of GLC 200 Exclusive Line is still similar to its predecessor GLC 250. The car looks dashing but luxurious and handsome impression is not lost. The rims are now converted into 18-inch 5-spoke sizes and there are aluminum-boarded boards on the sides of the car to make it easier for drivers and passengers to get out of the car.

This SUV is reportedly the lowest variant in the GLC range. But once entered into the car did not feel this SUV is a low variant. Luxurious impression is never forgotten by Mercy to be embedded in every product even though it is the lowest variant.

Seats for example use a leather material sewn neatly. Part trimnya covered by Brown Ashwood color with open pores with Ambient Light package that includes three colors namely Polar, Neutral, and Solar. Therefore, GLC 200 Exclusive claimed to be more sporty and practical.

Although it includes the lowest variant in the GLC family, this car has a feature that is not owned by the GLC 250 which is one level above it. These features include touchpad, electric baggage, to automated parking.

GLC 200 Exclusive also offers five driving modes called Dynamic Select. The five driving modes are Eco, Comfort, Sport, Sport +, and Individual. The driving mode is designed to match the driving style of the owner.

Entertainment system also includes sophisticated because there is a touch screen measuring 7 inches to facilitate the rider while driving. The entertainment system can also provide navigation info.

GLC 200 Exclusive equipped with a capacity of 2,000 cc engine four-cylinder in line with Twin Turbocharger technology. With the engine the car can run the equivalent of 184 horsepower at 5,500 rpm rotation and maximum torque of 300 Nm per lap between 1,200-4000 rpm. Trasmisinya has 9-speed automatic 9G-TRONIC.

When driven on a smooth road with high speed tensile car and gearshift is also quite responsive. For example, when the new step on the gas pedal, if you do not notice the speedometer screen will not realize the car has been traveling at speeds of 100 km / hour.

The first one you should try is Eco mode. This mode is enabled for drivers who want to save fuel but the car still perform well. Although still fun to be invited to accelerate, but Eco mode is not seresponsif Comfort mode, especially about the pull. The second mode tested is Sport. This mode is suitable for those who like to speed up the car. The pull immediately felt fun to speeding. Gearshift is done at higher engine speed. Sport + mode is actually not much different from Sport mode, made for those who like speeding. When this mode is activated, the weight of the steering wheel is made heavier, the gear shift is set at higher rotation. The traction control feature and also start / stop switches off when the driver activates this mode.

Although the weight is quite bongsor but the car is still fun to be invited speeding and not dizzy at high speed. The choice of driving mode also makes it easier for motorists to adjust their driving style. Although this is the cheapest variant of the GLC family line, but did not feel the car is the cheapest variant especially when entering the car.
